Packed: Lunch Hacks to Squeeze More Nutrients Into Your Day True to its title, this cookbook is packed full of nutritious recipes.

I'll admit, my picky child-like tastes rebelled against many of the recipes, including a prawn and grapefruit salad. However, for adults who are ready and willing to eat healthier on a time-budget, this is a well-recommended read.

Also of note: recipe measurements are given in both metric and standard, and the layout and design of the book are very easy on the eye and convenient for reading.
